VICTORY IN JESUS

I heard an old, old story
How a Savior came from glory
How He gave His life on Calvary
To save a wretch like me
I heard about His groaning
Of His precious blood's atoning
Then I repented of my sins
And won the victory

O victory in Jesus
My Savior, forever
He sought me and bought me
With His redeeming blood
He loved me ere I knew Him
And all my love is due Him
He plunged me to victory
Beneath the cleansing flood

I heard about His healing
Of His cleansing pow'r revealing
How He made the lame to walk again
And caused the blind to see
And then I cried, "Dear Jesus
Come and heal my broken spirit,"
And somehow Jesus came and brought
To me the victory

VICTORY IN JESUS

O victory in Jesus
My Savior, forever
He sought me and bought me
With His redeeming blood
He loved me ere I knew Him
And all my love is due Him
He plunged me to victory
Beneath the cleansing flood

I heard about a mansion
He has built for me in glory
And I heard about the streets of gold
Beyond the crystal sea
About the angels singing
And the old redemption story
And some sweet day I'll sing up there
The song of victory

O victory in Jesus
My Savior, forever
He sought me and bought me
With His redeeming blood
He loved me ere I knew Him
And all my love is due Him
He plunged me to victory
Beneath the cleansing flood

ALL IN HIM

All In Him
1.
The mighty God is Jesus, the Prince of Peace is He,
The Everlasting Father, the King eternally,
The wonderful in wisdom
, by whom all things were made,
The fullness of the Godhead in Jesus is displayed

Cho.
It’s all in Him, it’s all in Him,
the fullness of the Godhead is all in Him;
It’s all in Him, it’s all in Him,
the mighty God is Jesus, and it’s all in Him.

2.
Emmanuel God with us, Jehovah, Lord of Host!
The omnipresent Spirit, who fills the universe,
The Advocate, the High Priest, the Lamb for sinners slain,
The Author of redemption; O glory to His name!

3.
The Alpha and Omega, Beginning and the End,
The Living Word
 incarnate, the helpless sinner’s Friend,
Our wisdom and perfection, our righteousness and power,
Yes, all we need in Jesus, we find this very hour.

4.
"Our God for whom we’ve waited,"
will be the glad refrain
Of Israel recreated, when Jesus comes again;
Lo!  He will come and save us, our King and Priest to be,
For in Him dwells all fullness, the Lord of all is He.

A PLACE IN THE CHOIR

CHORUS:
C
All God's creatures got a place in the choir,
G C
Some sing low and some sing higher,
     F C
Some sing out loud on the telephone wire,
G C
Some just clap their hands or paws or anything they got, now.

REPEAT CHORUS

Listen to the top where the little bird sings,
And the melodies, and the high notes ringing,
And the hoot-owl cries over everything,
And the blackbird disagrees.

Singing in the night time, singing in the day,
And the little duck quacks, and he's on his way,
And the otter hasn't got much to say,
And the porcupine talks to himself.

CHORUS

The dogs and the cats, they take up the middle,
Where the honeybee hums, and the cricket fiddles,
The donkey brays, and the pony neighs,
And the old gray badger sighs.

Listen to the bass it's the one on the bottom,
Where the bullfrog croaks, and the hippopotamus,
moans and groans with a big to do,
And the old cow just goes moo.

CHORUS

It's a simple song, a little sung everywhere,
By the ox and the fox and the grizzly bear,
The dopey alligator and the hawk above,
The sly old weasel and the turtledove.

CHORUS x 3

All God's creatures got a place in the choir.

THE GOSPEL BOOGIE WOOGIE....EVERYBODY'S GONNA HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME UP THERE

Listen everybody cause I'm talking to you.
Jesus is the only one to carry you through.
Now you better get ready for I'm telling you why,
Jesus is a coming from His throne on high.
Many are weary and alone and sad,
They're gonna wish they hadn't done the things they had,
How're you gonna feel about the things He'll say
on that judgement day.

CHORUS:
Everybody's gonna have religion in glory,
Everybody's gonna be singing that story,
Everybody's gonna have a wonderful time up there,
(BASE) Oh, glory hallelujah!
Brother, there's reckoning a coming in the morning,
Better get you ready cause I'm giving you warning,
Everybody's gonna have a wonderful time up there.

VERSE 2

Listen here my sister we're not leaving you out.
You may not be a preacher but you sing and shout,
Whats the use to worry if you've been redeemed
cause Heavens even better than a miser dreamed..
Think about the trouble you could save some soul,
Tell them what to do to reach the shining goal,
surely you can show them how to find the Light,
make the whole thing right.

VERSE 3
When the tribulations seem to darken the way,
Thats the time to get down on your knees and pray.
Everybody gonna have their troubles too,
Gotta be so careful bout the things we do.
We're going down the valley, going one by one,
Gonna be rewarded for the things we've done.
When we get to heaven and the promised land
Then we'll understand.

VERSE 4
Now get your Holy Bible in the back of the book,
The book of Revelation, that's the place you must look,
If you understand it and you can if you try,
Jesus is a comin' from His throne on high.
Readin' in the Bible all the things that He said,
Said He was a comin' back to raise the dead,
Are you gonna be among the chosen few,
Will you make it through.

EACH NIGHT AT NINE

A thousand miles dear, a thousand more
Across the waters, across the shore
I'll say a prayer dear for your's and mine
Please think of me dear, each night at nine.

I'll hold your picture close to my heart
It takes your place dear while we're apart
Helps to remind me that you're still mine
To feel your nearness, each night at nine

The bugle's playing, out go the lights
Gee, but it's lonesome these Army nights
Please tell the kiddies, I'm doing fine.
Give them my love dear, each night at nine.

DON'T LOSE YOUR VISION OF JESUS

DON'T LOSE YOUR VISION OF JESUS

1)
As we travel this pilgrim way, we have heartaches and burdens to bear
but with the vision of Jesus and Heaven in view,
our cross is much lighter to bear.
(cho.)
Don't lose your vision of Jesus.
Keep your eyes ever on him.
Many friends and dear loved ones have lost their way.
They've lost their vision of him.
2)
Don't ever look back just keep traveling on,
For there's nothing in this world of sin.
Don't ever look back at the earthly cares,
Lest you lose your vision of him.
3)
I remember the time, I remember the place,
where Jesus sweetly came in. How he took away my burdens
that I'd felt so long.
Since I first had a vision of him.
(end)

DON'T GO HOME TONIGHT UNSAVED

1)
Upon my heart I have a burden for lost souls in sin today
Won't you come while he is calling? Don't go home tonight unsaved.
(cho)
The end of time is drawing near. Can't you heart the Savior say?
Now's the time and here's the altar. Don't go home tonight unsaved.
2)
Have you ever once considered the price our savior had to pay
So that we might be delivered from our wicked sins today?
3)
What if sin should overtake you, it would be too late to pray.
Don't you know your days are numbered? Don't go home tonight unsaved.
4)
When the Heaven's shall break open, That's when your knee shall bow.
It would be too late to pray then, won't you please accept him now?
(end)

DON'T GRIEVE YOUR MOTHER

1)
Somebody's Mother is praying tonight
For her dear children out of her sight.
Anxiously waiting for them to come home,
Out of the nightfall, into their home.
(cho)
Don't grieve your mother, don't grieve her soul.
You'll find no other, on earth below.
Soon you will miss her, how sad and long,
Far from her presence, you will have gone.
2)
Some Mother's Darling, her own dear boy,
Down at the dream shop, sapping her joy.
Oh son, remember dear Mother's prayers,
How she is waiting, burdened with care.
3)
Some precious Daughter, Tho mother is old,
Yet she has wandered, far from the fold.
Don't grieve you Mother, who leaves you so soon.
Soon you will miss her from earth below.
4)
I had a mother, loving and kind
but she departed out from my view.
Well I remember how sad the day,
When she called us around her, as she passed away.
5)
Sweet to my memory, as fresh as today
When Mother taught me to kneel and pray,
Pointing to Heaven, that home above,
Where I will miss her, she whom I love.
(end)
